Occupational Therapist Sub-Contractor Opportunities

Occupational Therapist - Sub-Contractor

This is a Sydney based Occupational Therapist Sub-Contractor role. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients, assisting them in achieving their goals and improving their daily living skills. This includes day-to-day tasks, assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and allied health professionals, including Speech Pathologists. To ensure compliance, candidates will need to undergo the NDIS Worker Screening Check. This role requires a strong commitment to client care and the initiative to provide high-quality, person-centred services. You will manage your own schedule while being fully supported with templates, mentoring, and administrative assistance.

About you

You are an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with a current NDIS Worker Screening Check. You hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle for community visits. Additionally, you possess relevant certifications and professional licenses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a community setting. Strong communication and documentation skills are a must. (Bonus!) - 2+ years of experience in NDIS is preferred.


You will also need:


An Australian Business Number (ABN), a current driver's licence, and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits. A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a valid Working with Children Check are required, along with professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Speech Pathologist - Sub-Contractor

This is a Sydney based Speech Pathologist Sub-Contractor role. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team. The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for providing evidence-based speech and language therapy to help clients build communication skills, enhance social participation, and achieve meaningful goals in everyday life. You'll conduct assessments, develop and implement individualised therapy plans, and collaborate closely with families and other allied health professionals, including Occupational Therapists. This role requires a strong commitment to client care and the initiative to provide high-quality, person-centred services while ensuring compliance with the NDIS Worker Screening Check. Manage your own schedule, while being fully supported with templates, mentoring, and administrative assistance.

You are a Speech Pathologist registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and possess relevant certifications and professional licenses. You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a community setting. Your communication and documentation skills are exemplary, and if you have 2+ years of NDIS experience, that's a bonus!
